Our services involve significant preparation and resource allocation; hence, once your membership is activated, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances.

We encourage our clients to thoroughly review the service offerings and terms before purchasing a membership. If you have any questions or need further clarification about our services, our customer support team is readily available to assist you.

Account Cancellation

We understand that your business needs may change, and our services might not always align with your requirements. If you decide that Power Speak community services are no longer suitable for you, you can request the cancellation of your subscription. To cancel, please fill out our account cancellation form. Your account subscription will be downgraded within 48 hours of submitting the request.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

Changes to Our Refund Policy

Power Speak Community has the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We recommend reviewing our refund policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
